When Your Just Not Sure "How To Do It"...  Have It Catered!

So you really want to throw the best party or family get together ever right!  You know for a fact, without a doubt, the best way to make this a meaningful and memorable event that will get talked about for years to come is to throw a fabulous New England Clambake feast.

Only one catch, how in the world do you obtain, prepare, and cook all that seafood for a large group of people?  What about if you just don't want to deal with all that?  Or possibly, if you just hate cooking?

Just don't worry about it, have it catered!

There are two places to find catering companies that will service your area.  One is the phone book, I know, those are still so last century but they still have a great list of local catering businesses that can help you.  Look under the catering section as well as the restaurant section.  Sometimes restaurants will cater but will not splurge for two separate listings, those phone book listings may seem old and antiquidated but they still cost big money to get one!

You probably guessed the second one, that is the Internet...  Pick your favorite search engine and type in "catering company city name" and see what results you get.  When doing this, make sure you find companies that specialize in seafood preparation or might even specialize in clambakes!  You got it, there are actually companies out there that will do nothing but cater clambakes...  Those are the best ones to find, if you can't find one of those, start calling different ones up and ask some questions to see if they have ever done one, feel comfortable doing one and how they would go about doing it!
